Sunset Marketplace is a 1.8 million square foot mixed-use lifestyle retail center located on the Brooklyn waterfront. When completed, the development will be home to a wide variety of industrial and commercial tenants and a diverse roster of food, clothing, and entertainment oriented retailers with on-site secured parking and off-street loading. The development is located within several blocks of the 36th Street subway stop in Sunset Park and just under the busy I-278/Gowanus Expressway. The Marketplace is also located in an Empire Zone and an Industrial Business Zone, allowing tenants to take advantage of substantial tax credits and other economic incentives.
